I am a creator, homemaker, and traditional herbalist living a quiet, intentional life tucked into the Appalachian foothills. My days are spent wandering the simple, rustic rhythms of our small farmstead—tending to the land, working with ancestral plant medicine, and listening to the stories the Lord is faithfully writing into the fabric of our lives.

There is a profound steadiness to this kind of existence—a quiet reclamation of the ancient ways and measures that modern life so easily rushes past. I have always been drawn to the moody, overlooked shadows of history, to heritage, and to the raw, grounding beauty of the things that anchor us to the earth and to the home. ​

 

Much of what I create begins here, in the ordinary, meditative moments of the day: in the steam of a simmering herbal infusion, the quiet warmth of the candle flame, or with my hands deep in the soil or working a thread. ​

 

Sable & Sundry is a natural extension of life here at the cottage. It is a sanctuary where honest, homespun cottage goods and thoughtful digital guides are crafted slowly, with deep intention and care. These offerings are meant to bring texture, soul, and a sense of quiet ritual to your own daily life. ​ This work is an offering, given back with immense gratitude for the sacred, seasonal rhythms I’ve been called to walk.
